Clinical Manager
Julian has been an upper limb prosthetic specialist since 2012. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthotists and Prosthetists (FAAOP). Julian values the time he spends getting to know each of his patients and building a great bond as they work together and become friends. He graduated from the University of Nebraska with a bachelor’s degree in exercise science and biomechanics and completed the orthotics and prosthetics practitioner program at Century College in Minnesota.
Senior Manager of Therapeutic Services and R&D
Lauren has specialized in upper limb prosthetic rehabilitation since 2016, and previously worked as a hand therapist and a traveling occupational therapist. Lauren believes the key aspect of her work is helping her patients to increase their independence and quality of life through training and education. She also appreciates the importance of and need for clinical research in this field with such a specialized population. To this end, Lauren is currently pursuing a PhD in Therapeutic Science through the University of Kansas Medical Center in Kansas City, KS. She graduated magna cum laude from Lenoir-Rhyne College in North Carolina with a bachelor’s degree in music education and later earned a master’s degree in occupational therapy at Rockhurst University.
Patient Relationship Manager
Olivia was born and raised in the Chicago area before moving to St. Louis for college. She received her bachelor's degree from Fontbonne University in St. Louis and her master's degree in public health from Saint Louis University. Her favorite thing about working at Arm Dynamics is knowing that the connections she makes give each patient the opportunity to explore the prosthetic options that best fit their unique needs. She finds her job to be very rewarding, bringing awareness and building relationships with referral sources. In her free time, Olivia enjoys running outdoors, practicing ballet, spending time with friends and family, and traveling to warm destinations.
Center Patient Coordinator
Shirley joined Arm Dynamics in May of 2022. She likes getting to know our patients and making sure that their time with us is as enjoyable and comfortable as possible. She believes that the key to success is to focus on goals instead of obstacles. Away from work, her life revolves around her son and his sports. She loves showing up at all the practices and games, cheering him on and supporting him. She also loves traveling to California, where she used to live.
